#RPSBoard 3.5.2018

SUMMARY

No big flash points that I see in this agenda; however, there are some interesting items up for discussion. On the agenda is the discussion and vote on the charter renewal of Patrick Henry School Science and Arts, an update on the MOU, an update on the Education Compact's Children's Cabinet, and solar panels for some Richmond Schools. The board received a presentation on the solar panels almost a month ago. I recall Tommy Kranz citing how this program is more preferred than the others he has looked at because the solar panels are clip ons; therefore, it does not ruin the roof making maintenance more realistic.
