One Question with... Montigue Magruder

I asked the candidates for every race in every district across the city, "What will you do if you do not win your race on November 8th?"

Montigue is a graduate of Armstrong High School and has been involved with RePHRAME, Richmond Transit Riders Union, Richmond Industrial Workers of the World, Virginia Organizing, RVA Rapid Transit. He is a strong supporter of improved mass transit in Richmond. Montigue is running for City Council in the 5th District.

"Well, I haven't entertained losing this election, but IF I lose my race, I'm gonna take some time off from the political spectrum to rest and recover from it all. I turn 30 next year (Jan. 22nd) and I want to some traveling to kick off my third decade of life. I've ALSO
considered a possible bid for the State House of Representatives, but haven't made a decision on that yet. I want to see how the cookie crumbles with this election and go from there."
