One Question with... Jack Berry #RVAMayor Edition

I ASKED THE CANDIDATES FOR EVERY RACE IN EVERY DISTRICT ACROSS THE CITY, "WHAT WILL YOU DO IF YOU DO NOT WIN YOUR RACE ON NOVEMBER 8TH?"

Jack Berry has worn many hats. He is the former Executive Director of Venture Richmond, and prior to that has served as the County Administrator for Hanover, Deputy City Manager and Chief of Staff for the City of Richmond,  and the City Budget Director. He helped to create and served as the first president of the Richmond Ambulance Authority. Jack has been involved with so many community organizations that I don't have enough space to list them all. Check out the links below to learn more about Jack Berry, candidate for mayor of the City of Richmond.

"If I do not win in November, I will try to be the best grandfather possible to my two grandsons, Brooks and Connor, both under the age of three. I will spend as much time as possible with them, until the reality of unemployment sets in and I have to find another job. I may also devote a big chunk of time to hiking sections of the Appalachian Trail, as I have a bucket list goal of completing the entire 2,100 miles.  I will also complete my goal of paddling to all 18 of Virginia's barrier islands. (I've made it to 16 already.)    I will also complete the renovation of our house in the Fan, which we moved into a few weeks ago after a year long renovation project. After focusing on these personal projects I will return to the civic arena, hopefully finding a way to make a difference, and probably serving as a mentor to kids who need more adults in their lives."
