8-9PM: COMMITTEE WORK & DECISION-MAKING
Join in the work of SURJ-RVA committees to:
*create educational events
*learn how to challenge racism in personal/professional spheres
*train/plan for direct action
*raise anti-racist kids
*use your media skills to support the racial justice movement
*research and advocate on government policies that impact racial justice
*build relationships/coalitions with other RVA organizations
